Worth Picking up?

Currently selling for £12 - is this worth picking up and playing?

I like RPGs and immersive sims but I'm not a huge fan of Harry Potter (don't mind it) looks fairly well done though

Any opinions?

I would read thru the discussions and see all the issues some people have before making your decision. I have no problems, but a lot of people have issues with the Shader Cache loading and Graphics Errors and Crashes. Just be aware of your 2 hour Steam limit to return it is all.

i would go for teh deluxe edition for £14.99 and get all the extra's than just the base game at £12.79.

Agreed with this. Personally, I've had no issues with the game, but definitely worth it.

I think I'll give it a go, anyone had any horror stories running it on AMD Cards? I've got a 7900GRE.

One of the best games ever, HP atmosphere is there, story is decent, some puzzles are cool, exploration is rewarding if you want to remind yourself of a HP world or learn something new, gameplay is console simple is a downside tho, but everything else rocks.

If you had a soft-spot for the Harry Potter, I will not call it the wizardry world, I consider picking it up. Like my six year old self would've klilled for a game like this!

I didn't have issues running it and I have a 6700 xt card.

have you even updated your drivers or set the game to medium to low settings?

I have the 9800x3D and it runs at 144 fps nearly at all times, but I know some people have said they have issues.

Oh Dude Play.. please try it after 10 minutes if u dont like it... u can bring this game in Steam back and get money back.
But... u need much DRAM... 16GB isnt enouth

YES! Not a huge potter fan either but this so far this is a pretty awesome rpg for the sale price

Reportedly Hogwarts Legacy Definitive Edition is in development which will include another DLC, perhaps it might be better to wait and play it all at once after it drops. The game is still buggy and after supposedly selling over 12 million copies, you would think that these would have been fixed.

So I'd strongly recommend to back up your save files quite often. I'll list the two bugs I've encountered after playing for a few days
