Professors' Assignments Bug

Preamble: So far, this has happened with two professor assignments. I know the general advice is to go to a manual save before the bug occurred, however, I do not have such a save.

The Bug: The second objective on two different professor assignment quests will not complete. I have tried multiple times, in multiple ways. The two quests are Prof. Sharp's second assignment and Prof. Garlick's first specifically. Prior to Sharp's, there were no issues. I have two previous saves and have never encountered this bug before. I am using the in-game mods (~45) if that matters.

Some of the ingame mods can interfere with the ability to complete assignments for sure. And yes, the two you are on have come up as problematic.

Shortcut for Utils is one that causes issues with assignment completion so disable that one first if you have it. If you don't you might need to resort to process of elimination.

Thank you bubblystrawberry. I ended up having to resort to process of elimination. It was the mod "No Walk Reset". I will leave this here for others to find who have this issue. If any reader finds another, please feel free to note it in a comment below for future reference for others. As the original poster I give my blessing for this thread to be necroed as many times as needed.

Two mods are reported as causing issues for some people and I found another. Please note that mods are constantly in a state of development and not all of these mods cause issues for all people. The three mods are as follows:

1. Shortcut for Utils
2: Character Edit
3. No Walk Reset

For me personally, Character Edit is working just fine. I have not tried Shortcut for Utils.
