Can the game run on my Dell xps 15 7590 (2019 version)?
I don't have a gaming PC or any other PC for that matter. I also don't have the budget to buy one so I'm stuck with my xps 15. Here are its specs:

- 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7-9750H Six-Core.
- 16 GB RAM
- 15.6" 4K 3840 x 2160 OLED Display.
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU (4GB GDDR5)
- SSD storage

Can anyone please confirm if I can play the game w/ these specs, I'm planning to pre-order the game today if possible once I know it will run on my xps 15. Any help would be much appreciated!!

laptop lol!

You sure as hell ain't gonna be able to play at 4k with those specs, let alone 2k! Miiiight run 1080p, but I think 720p is a safe bet.

The CPU should be fine, the ram will be nearly maxed in usage, but the real killer is the anemic GPU. It having only 4gb of vram is gonna be harsh. You are looking at 1080p medium @ 30fps as a best scenario.

Yes it will probably run fine at 720p or 1080p. But you definitely aren't playing at 4k.

Hogwarts Legacy recommends players have a GTX 1070 to run the game on minimum settings, which makes sense as the environments are absolutely huge.

It’s not that a 1050ti or 1060 will be completely useless as you can always turn down the settings to maintain the balance between graphics quality and frames. With that said, here are the minimum and recommended specs of the game.

The minimum spec GPU for 1080p/60FPS is a desktop GTX 1070.

Here's a performance comparison of the GTX 1650 mobile vs a GTX 1070: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1650-Mobile-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1070/m775280vs3609

It should run just fine, but with your GPU being about half as powerful as a 1070, I would temper your expectations and expect to play at something like 1080p with 30-45 FPS with some settings lowered (textures, for example, since you only have a 4GB GPU and probably shadows SSAO, etc. lowered or off to ease the strain on the GPU cores and get more FPS).

1080p60 at high settings. so if he plays at medium/low it should be fine.
