that is factually incorrect. the dark arts battle arena is the ONLY BATTLE ARENA that allows you to use them, even if you dont unlock them or dont want to use them. you unlock them outside of these battle arenas. for instance, to obtain crucio, you must go through a questline for sebastian sallow, someone who IS NOT locked behind any form of paywall. this is well known information that has been shown off in various gameplay trailers.
A pack of 30's in Australia is $50, they really tax smokes hard here.
This is clearly the only valid point here. While this won't stop me from getting the game on PC (as if I'd ever buy a console these days..), it's funny how Sony just has to hold on to exclusives to try and remain relevant. That said, I have no doubt even that content will come to PC, one way or another, and given the track record of backwards compatibility for each new console gen, PC is the smartest choice.
I think you forgot a questline that is PS5 exclusive too, not sure how big it will be though.
that isnt locked it comes to PC after a year. its a VERY short quest to access one shop in hogsmeade that allows you to sell your items at a bonus compared to other shops in game. not exactly a massive piece of content locked away behind a paywall (seeings how it isnt included in deluxe edition, just base ps5)
Will this game be Moddable?
Everything is moddable. Some are just easier and others are more... not exactly legal

leak confirms that avada kedavra (killing curse) is gained through a side quest at the end of the game. this same leak has shown off screenshots of the character editor, pages from the art book, and the map with cut areas such as a swamp. if the youtube video isnt your style, look online for hogwarts legacy leaks from today on twitter or from various game news outlets covering it.
