Awesome. How many of them are going to be involved in unique House quests? That would be awesome.
Sweetums.
Anywho, since we know one gryffindor quest involves nearly headless nick, what do you think of the Bloody Baron being involved in a Slytherin quest?
I'm just hoping I don't have to do four profiles on whatever that Wizardingworld thing is just to experience the game for each house, as I expect a lot of the initial differences will pertain to that.
I think it was confirmed that you can choose still your house without having to link to a separate house. Basically it is effectively the Hat's first choice but we can pull a Harry and go "not Slytherin" or whatever like Harry did in his first year when it became apparent to him that the Hat was considering Slytherin.
They have revealed 3 main 'friends' from each of the houses (except Ravenclaw). There is some evidence to suggest the Ravenclaw friend quest line has been removed and become the PS5 exclusive - which is probably why they suspiciously did not show a Ravenclaw student bio but did for the other 3 houses (notice also the PS5 exclusive student is a ravenclaw who speaks with a voice that is not the 'hero' of the story - so is meant to be an actual character).
There isn't really any indication of any quests being house specific, I would assume house specific quests are minimal, as you are effectively excluding 75% of content from each playthrough for quests in that class.
No, the Ravenclaw companion has recently been revealed to be voiced by the person who played Dean Thomas in the movies. That is likely why he was kept secret.
Also, PS5 is getting the shop for one year and a potion recipe permanently as exclusives, not any companions so I'm not sure where you got the idea that they would be getting the Ravenclaw companion as an exclusive when what is exclusive has been confirmed for months now.
I'm not saying that each house misses out on 75% of the game's content, but that there will be a handful of quests and maybe one or two story quests, that are unique to each house but the story will by and large remain the same.
Anywho, what kind of quest do you think the Fat Friar (if he does) would give to Hufflepuffs?
I have a feeling the game won't really make a distinction over what is a 'house' quests and what isn't. So its really just a question of are there side quests that only are startable if you pick a certain house. You would think they would have to add something house specific other than just the common rooms/dorms.
It is confirmed that only Gryffindor characters get that side quest with Nearly Headless Nick.
It's apparently one side quest where you clear out a dungeon and then have ownership of the shop it's based in....where you can buy cheaper and sell higher than you can in other shops.
For one year.
The potion recipe seems to be a permanent exclusive.
There are multiple shops in Hogsmeade, including versions of shops that would otherwise be at diagon alley (such as ollivanders) in harry potter time.
Its not clear if the ps5 mission shop even sells anything either before or after you do the quest.
