72 hour early acces

I Have never pre-ordered a game, and even less had a game with pre-acces. How does this all work?
Will I be able to download the game starting Feb. 7th midnight? Or can I download ahead and play on feb 7th midnight?

They might not post your answer directly on the page I linked, but they do link out to Portkey which is the company providing support for Hogwarts Legacy. You have to click around a bit but you'll find links like:

Most likely it will be around 1pm EST as several other games have been. We will probably be able to pre-load the game a day before though. This is all just speculation, however.

It is listed on the store page; preorder only gets a mount unlock - it is the deluxe edition that gives the 72hr early access

I ordered the deluxe edition, thats why I am asking about the early acces!
I was just wondering how it works since i have not ever had a preorder or a early acces.
Its really just the timeframes as to when you can download and when you can play that confuse me.

It just means you can download and play it 72 hours earlier than those of standard edition..

standard edition comes with 72 hr acces as well at least thats what playstation store says

Pre Order Customers can preload the PC Version - deluxe edition on Tuesday, the 7th at the evening 19:00

So it was originally announced PC players could download and play on the 7th at 1pm EST, it's now looking like they hate us even more and are pushing to 7PM EST. The way they are doing PC players with this game is horrible.
