3060 + i5 10300H
Hi guys, i was planning to pre-order hogwarts legacy but i saw the new requirements of the game and i have a doubt. I'm not an expert so I ask you:
my pc has rtx 3060 gpu, i5 10300h cpu and i'm about to upgrade ram from 8 to 16 gb.
With these specifications in your opinion I can play at high quality
at 30 fps or at least at medium quality or do you recommend waiting for the ps4 release?

your specs destroy the ps4 dude lol. Isn't ps4 720p30fps also?

I'm pretty sure you can play 1080p@60 high settings. Maybe even more. Check the official specs:

lol Those specs and you're considering PS4?

You'll be just fine with that, better than fine.

Yep I know that my pc is better than my ps4, but what worries me in the recommended requirements is the i7 processor.
Do you think my i5 will still hold up?
Sorry for those questions but i'm not an expert.

i5 i7 nomenclature doesn't matter. For instance a i3 from this generation is more powerful than an old i7.

comparing both, your i5 is only a little less far from the recommended i7. It's still a safe purchase.

That system is closer to a PS5 than it is a PS4. But you definitely need the 16gb of ram at minimum. I would go for 32gb if you can afford it.

I own a 6600XT which is basically the Radeon competitor of that card and I have no doubt it could handle this game just fine.

Found a review with a laptop with those CPU+GPU. Runs Red Dead 2 @ 50FPS, 1080p highest preset. Expect those numbers with a day 1 NVidia driver update. If you're using a laptop, I'd advise buying a controller or an extra keyboard for the heat though.

Unless you plan to play it in 4k (which I doubt because you'd have more RAM if you ran 4k to begin with), you'll be fine.
