Report a translation problem
There was a time when scamming cs go accounts went full private and asked for friend requests and sent you phishing links. Just ignore/block them if you don't know them.
Making the silly badges and doing sales events for the most part.
On top of all that, it's just boring. I guess they have fun in seeing people react but most of the people engaging are just doing so ironically, or pretending to be offended so they can keep the cycle of ♥♥♥♥ posting existing in perpetuity but it comes at the expense of the game's community. I don't think people who actually care about videogames would do that.
And in this case it's really obviously an organized troll effort just for attention. You can read about it openly on /r/circlejerk.
