It's in the description.
But I look forward to seeing it added in the future!
No, they dont add this in the future. Its a finished game. Maybe they give you Story DLC, but it is singleplayer.
Good MP experiences are designed from the ground up. This was designed to be a SP experience, and you can't easily tack on MP. So you shouldn't be looking forward to something that is not likely to happen.
Set your expectations correctly :)
Many pretty much all the old games had MP just tacked on as an extra. Doom, counter strike (half-life mod), Half life 2 MP, Westwood games, etc. It's really just a new thing of having MP before single player because of the live service model.
Harry didn't have friends thanks to Dudley, Ron's only friends were his older brothers and his baby sister- and he was home schooled. The only neighours were Cedric and his father, and also Luna and her father so a year older then the twins and the same age as Ginny- so basically no one his own age to be with. Hermione proabbly was the same bookish, smart student at elementary so she probably didn't have friends
Even IF they did have friends the only way the friend could have attended Hogwarts was if they're magical too. So if they're Muggle that's out, or if they're a Squib that's out
