Não abre

Olá, nos últimos dois dias eu comprei o hogwarts legacy deluxe para jogar, instalei corretamente, mas quando eu aperto para jogar pela steam ou no atalho, não consigo entrar! o jogo fica em segundo plano pelo gerenciador de tarefas mas nem sinal dele abrir. tentei desinstalar e reinstalar novamente (não deu certo). tentei desligar o firewall e antivírus do meu PC (não deu certo). tentei abrir pelo executável dentro da pasta do arquivo do jogo pelo "Abrir como administrador" ( não deu certo). Por favor, me ajudem não sei mais o que fazer :/

Hello, in the last two days I bought hogwarts legacy deluxe to play, I installed it correctly, but when I press to play on steam or shortcut, I can't log in! The game is in the background by the Task Manager but no sign of it opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again (it didn't work). I tried turning off my PC's firewall and antivirus (it didn't work). I tried to open it through the executable inside the game file folder through "Open as administrator" (it didn't work). Please, help me I don't know what else to do :/
