Dark Arts Costume DLC missing from appearance

So i claimed my Dark Arts DLC stuff had them on my character from the appearance screen. I saved the game and logged out and logged in again later to find they werent equipped went to the appearance screen and they are ALL missing. Why is my purchased content missing??

male 100% that the game is logged in online. with my game and internet connection it is 50/50 if i can equip them
