Can't interact with one-eyed witch statue
I can't start the side quest... is there a requirement for this quest? I've got the field page yet I can't interact with the statue.

I think the only requirement is to do potion class where you meet Garreth. Later you can talk to him one of hallways for side mission that unlock one-eye with passage.
