new outfit appearances and broom are missing

The game gave me a new outfit appearances and broom but they don't exist in game... How can I fix this? I really want to get Azkaban prisoner uniform😭

- Go to gear menu.

- Select gear you are currently wearing.

- select Change Appearance. (Press F by default if i remember)

As for broom, you need to first buy one when giving option.

I think I didn't explain enough. I know how to change an appearance. That's why I worte it appearance. not gear. They don't exist on the list.

I am having this same issue! I've been wearing mine for days and loaded my game up and it's gone. Full blank torso

Maybe do a verification of the game files? Or try and clear the Shader Cache. Often issues like this are easy solved by one of these 2 steps

Do you use mods? Cuz I fixed it after I deleted several mods
