Are chests counts bugged in the map?

What I mean is that when I open the map and select Hogsmeade for example, it says 'Collection Chests 7/8', but when I actually go look for it, there's no chest I can find.
It's also happening in some different towns and even inside Hogwarts Castle.
Is this bugged or smt? Or I'm just dumb and can't find those chests myself?

I even looked up a map of all the collection chests in Hogsmeade, went to every location and found all of them, but the map is still saying I'm missing one.

I noticed this too, but some of them can't be found until later as you need to do quests in order to unlock areas, like minor dungeons. These will have collection chests. For Hogwarts it's the same, including when you do the Expulso puzzle quest, as it will unlock 2 more dungeons when you're done. However it doesn't lead you to them, so you got to check the entrances manually on the map.

I just completed the game today and found all collections, so they should be working.

I've noticed some chests hiding behind some doors I can't access yet in the castle, so that's fine by me since I still didn't complete the story.
But in Hogsmeade is a different story, the map says I'm missing one single Collection Chest, I followed a guide with a map that has every chest marked down, went to all locations in the town, found every chest but it keeps saying I have one left to find. I think I grew tired of casting Revelio everywhere in that village and couldn't see anything.
