I accidentally let two animals go free by accident...Biscuit the Mooncalf and the Graphorn

I cannot see what to do and I find no walkthroughs or anything on Google to help me. I was in the room of requirement in the beast area when I let go Biscuit the mooncalf. It's walking around. But I needed to return it elsewhere? The quest isn't done. I don't seem to be able to get it back i the bag now. Did I ruin this quest? Is there no way to get it back? Next, I did not ride the Graphorn to the destination I was supposed to going to. I dismounted. It's still in my bag... what do I do now? I got to the destination but because I was not on the Graphhorn, the cave won't open... and I don't seem to be able to mount the graphorn now. I can't see any way? What can I do and did I screw something up so bad It can't be fixed?

Your Graphorn is now one of your 3 mounts and can be pulled out like a normal mount when out and about.
Any animal in the Vivarium can be put back in your inventory, just go into the vivarium and go the manage animals page. Read the options available.
Follow the quest instructions to complete quests. If you still can't figure it out you should ask your parents for help.

Thank you, that part I got. I'm still at a loss for Biscuit. I only have the following from the game missing: Biscuit... 99% done just that last quest which comes with two items a robe and an outfit I think it is. So I can't get those or that last talent point or level 40! I need to do two merlin trials (Too hard I can't do them); and I'm missing three conjurations: Magical Diagrams, Blank Square Frames, and Large Table. I have no idea how to find those. I am also missing The three Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin items for appearances which I can't get? It says I'm missing one chest in Hogwarts and one field guide page and one ingredient but I am NOT missing any of those things; I counted and all are there. I know they are glitches in the game. So I really just need Biscuit fixed and do those two merlin trials and I'm done..... HELP ME OBI WAN KENOBI....

Not for the Biscuit. I've raided all the animals places a number of times. It's gone forever... I'm only missing that one quest, 2 HARD merlin trials (light the lanterns I'm not fast enough), and the rest of the stuff is glitches says I need and I don't (Field guide page, chest and ingredient). I literally counted and have those. I do NOT have the other house outfits either. I heard there's a way to get into the common rooms but I can't figure it out yet. Other than that, just missing three conjurations. Everything else at 100% including every single treasure vault, landing platform, balloons, chests, eye chests, depulso riddles, secret places, have every single animal/type. Though a daragon is that possible? I do NOT have a dragon? I have all the wands, upgrades, everything. It's very frustrating not to be able to finish the Biscuit thing. I'd be more motivated to do the 2 merlin trials again if I could finish Biscuit. I certainly will not buy content unless they fix my stuff.
