No menu, just a black screen.

When I try to play the game, I get the seizure warning, the menu music starts but the menu doesn't load in and I am stuck on a black screen.

This game worked for me when it was released. I uninstalled it/reinstalled it in case some files needed repairing/replacing, I have updated my drivers and I have no hardware changes since this game released.

Has anyone else had this problem? And dose anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

All you need to do is wait several minutes. It's recompiling the shaders.

It wasn't loading the shaders. However this problem solved itself? as the last time I played it the shaders loading bar actually loaded in pretty quickly. Instead of the 10 mins of black screen.

I didn't say "loading", I said "recompiling".

That's because recompiling the shaders takes much longer than simply loading them.

Delete the files in the folder C:/program data/Hogwarts Legacy.
Works everytime the updates change the shaders settings.
