Shadow of the study is not triggering.
Shadow of the blood line complete.
High keep Complete.
Elf Nabsack and Loom complete.
Currently level 19.
I’ve skipped time about 5-8 cycles, done four side quests and a Merlin trial.
No unread owls, no nothing.
What’s the deal with this game?

Have Completed The High keep Main Quest
Completed one more quest after The High Keep

This is from the Wiki. So probably need to complete one more quest after the High Keep.
