Random crashes and shaders loading
I get random crashed on my RTX 4060Ti. Very disappointing. Where can I read crash files ?
Also, every time I launch the game, it starts to load shaders once again.

Same problem with same gpu.
For the load shaders it's normal for everyone man.

The shaders is unfortunately normal and my one per peeve with WB games. They all seem to have long shader loading.

I have the same problem, after the DLSS update these crashes happen very often

Disable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling in windows graphics settings. Then restart your PC. You can always enable it again for other games. Crashing will stop.

Dude, that's the only thing that solved my problem. Thanks!

You’re welcome! It’s an unfortunate compromise since you lose frame generation but at least it works lol.

Been researching this for weeks, even went through Portkey Games devs. Your comment solved it right away. Thanks

Well those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ could also just deliver a working game for 60 bucks. Don't you think?

20+ million folks have gotten a working game.

Anyone who is having their system crash when HAGS is enabled needs to blame the GPU drivers. The devs are never going to be able to fix driver bugs or hardware problems.

I don't see HAGS in my graphics settings. Is that something that only some GPUs have?

Sure, my rig runs everything but this game. So it must be the drivers. We call it lazy ports to PC. Nothing more nothing less. Game can't handle the variables that PC gaming provides because PC was an afterthought when it was programmed.

Some of the problems could also be on user side.

You would not believe how many people are still trying to make games work on windows 7 and then complain for developers not making it work.

um, nope. not me at least. It is poor implementation. Hate to say it, but WB has a track record for it. Same with the Middle Earth games. Bad PC ports.

HAGS has been known to cause problems on some systems with many other games, notably Assassins' Creed Origins and later. Yell at Ubi as much as you want, but it's not their problem and they can't fix it any more than Avalanche can.

So it must be the drivers.
Correct. No game can change the HAGS option; that's a system-wide setting which decides whether Windows or the graphics driver controls GPU scheduling.

No, "we" don't. You're welcome to play something else instead.
