Dark Arts Garrison Hat
Why is the only way to get the "Dark Arts Garrison Hat" is to purchase the game twice? The Steam store doesn't reduce the "Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition" price on the deluxe bundle even though I already own the base game

Because it haven't yet been added as separate upgrade.

How do you know it will be added as a separate upgrade? The "Dark Arts Garrison Hat" is technically separate but they delisted the DLC

I don't know, usually it is listed as separate update but right now it isn't.
