-I have tried over 40 videos and this is only the tip of the iceburg to be honest I forgot the rest, but I have easily tried 10 other solutions. Nothing has worked the game is bugged.
One thing that I have not tried because I dont have another drive is to install it on another drive. For some reason people have been finding results off of this.
It seems that the game is bugged on steam for some users, however it seems as if people have good luck when downloading through epic games.
Best of luck if you end up coming up with a solution that I have not listed please add me
And yeah, modern Intel CPUs and Unreal 4 don't play well together. Undervolting and overclocking (even just having Turbo Boost enabled at stock settings) can lead to instability in UE4 games and even the Unreal Engine editor.
Yeah man, I had to take my computer to the store where I assembled it because I was having crashes in about 6 games, an then we had to start Hogwarts Legacy in another computer, but I didnt know about that until now. Will it be normal after 24 hours so?
And about modern intel CPU, I didnt know about that too, until I run some games. But disabling Turbo Boost all games works good. Hope developers and Intel solve this in the future. But I think the 4090 have some incompatibilties too, not only the CPU
I have a 4090 and a Ryzen 7800X3D and haven't had any issues with the game at all but some people have reported some minor problems with 4090s and other CPUs
You get less issues on more mainstream hardware. Why? Because there are more ppl owning said hardware than Flagship class products like 4090's. So there is far more effort from devs and product makers to optimise support for the mass audience. Which is where the vast amount of revenue comes from.
Same happened when SLI was a thing.....they did not rush or care to support the less than 1% club. They literally have to go out of their way to put the time in.
maybe try an older driver?
