The FSR3 we have right now is a mod from the community. Sometimes there's issues with ghosting artifacts, etc. My standards based on Quality -> FPS
DLSS currently the best at the moment because, they have incredible visual quality for DLSS and good FPS.
Meanwhile, FSR3 Mod right now. the quality is not great because there are ghosting artifacts, but they have incredible FPS enhancements. I prefer Quality first before FPS.

Previously, CP77 had no issues with performance such as screen tearing, stutters, frame drops, etc while using DLSS Super Resolution. After using FSR3 on CP77, the performance looks the same without issues. But there is ghosting artifacts problem. I've checked Digital Foundry video where they discuss about this. It is definitely the issue from FSR3 itself.
For the Hogwarts game, it has stutter issues ever since this game was released. Walking around hogwarts and hogsmeade, I'd experienced stutters every single time even if I had DLSS turn on. Once, I use FSR3, the performance is still the same as well. Stutters at Hogwarts and Hogsmeade.
Both of these games have significant FPS increase without a doubt.
