game unresponsive to keyboard and mouse after loading in

I somehow got stuck in hogsmeade and the game is completely unresponsive after i load in. I played this morning and everything was completely normal. i saved the game manually and exited the same as i always do. now when i load into my save, i cant move at all. no keyboard buttons work. i cant cast. i cant open any menus. nothing works. the audio still plays. the only thing i can do is click the windows key to close the game. i am not under the map or inside an object at all. just standing on a path in hogsmeade. i tried loading into an autosave before i got stuck that took place in a different area but it loaded me back into the same stuck position with everything unresponsive again. i then tried loading into a manual save that was about 4 autosaves behind and in a completely different location and it loaded me back into the same stuck position with everything unresponsive yet again.

FIXED: it fixed itself. it seems like i was "falling" off a rock that was about 5 inches off the ground. when i zoomed into my feet i was levitating slightly and eventually my feet clipped back to the ground and i could move again. ridiculous lol. so if you have this problem, check if your feet are fully touching the ground. if they aren't wait a while until they drop. id suggest going into your game files and copy and paste your save to your desktop before waiting to drop. just because you cant turn off autosave and if the problem doesn't get fixed all your previous saves will be glitched autosaves.

This have happen to me few times. Usually simple unpluging mouse/keyboard and plugin again fix it.

i tried that and it didn't work. the mouse still moves the screen. like i can look around, i just cant cast anything or click on anything. and the keyboard is still connected too. i can click the windows button but nothing in game. i just tried uninstalling and reinstalling too and that didn't fix it either.

also audio still plays and animations work around me. like the screen isn't frozen. there's a cat walking around in front of me. everything i press is just unresponsive for no reason. i tried restarting my pc too.
