Inability to learn Incendio

Okay, this is brand new.........

I've been through the game multiple times, and since the latest patch, considering they fixed a game breaking bug, I thought "what the heck", so I started a new run.

It seems, that my character gets stuck while trying to learn Incendio, the learning bar doesn't apepar, and nothing else works.. The game does NOT crash, it's still running, but I have to manually close the game down. Tried to learn the damn spell 5 times, same result.

Why every time they say they "fix" something, something else breaks? I want the game I used to play on March back, which for me, was flawless, aside a couple of NON GAME BREAKING glitches!

Now do we have to wait for ANOTHER month for them to fix what they broke?

That is perfectly normal thing to happen when games get updated.

Update: Apparently latest patch broke the integrity of some files, so anyone having issues since, I strongly suggest to verify their files and see if that's the case.
