Was anyone able to get the Professor Ronan gear to appear in their game?
In case some of you aren't aware, the Hogwarts Legacy update added the ability to get Professor Ronan's gear for your player which requires you to view Twitch streams in order to claim them from drops. I've managed to acquire all of them from having the Twitch streams active, but they're not currently showing up in game. Anyone else having this problem?

As soon as I logged into the game it indicated I have new items I needed to accept. One for each piece of gear. Did you link you Twitch to your WB account?

Did you try reinstalling the game? Curious if it does anything to help.

I haven't been able to get the charms set to appear either.

I do have it linked to my Twitch account. Let me go ahead and try relinking and reinstalling to see what happens.

I'm having the same issues.... I was able to get Merlin's robe a few months ago. I followed the same process and no Ronen gear... not sure what's going on... it's showing up on my WB account and everything in linked, but nothing popped up in the game for me to claim the reward... I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my twitch account and still nothing...

I wasn't able to unlink my account and reinstalling the game did not fix the issue for me

Thanks for confirming reinstalling doesn't resolve the issue. Here's hoping a fix comes soon. I want those shades. lol

I reached out and they told me they added the charms set to my account. It's still not showing for me. lol fingers crossed that you have better luck than me. keep us updated.

welp. Maybe give it a few days or a week. Hopefully it will show by then else just give them another email. That's what I plan to do.

I was in talks with a WB Games Support rep regarding this issue myself. After a few exchanges, he's decided to forward this issue to the developers so they can look into it. Hopefully the devs will be able to determine the problem and be able to resolve it sometime in the future.

Alright. I have a solution that I hope helps you two.

I uninstalled the game and wiped the hogwarts legacy folder located in appdata\local. (make sure to backup your SaveGames Folder contained in it.)

I just booted the game and got the prompts to accept the drops at the main menu.

Yep, can confirm that I was able to get the gear after removing the mods from my game.
