Quest: The Sky is the Limit
Make the time limit more forgiving. I have tried this quest over 10 times and even if I don't miss any rings I can never get ant time under 2:51:00. There are so many twist and turns that it is difficult to get a time any lower.

You can lower the difficulty settings and it'll let you skip after a few tries I think. Or something like that.

It took me about 10 tries to finish some of them myself.
