Only femelle unicorn ?

I've been going at different times to the only unicorn den I could find, and it's ALWAYS a femelle. Am I being unlucky or missing something ?

Male unicorns do exist. I got mine at the same time I got Hazel - there was a male unicorn right at the same place.

In the unicorn den that becomes available after that quest, if there's only one unicorn there, then the gender should be random - but I haven't tested that, I already got the couple I wanted.

I got 10 female unicorns in a row........ I thought only female unicorns existed XD I'm either very unlucky or there's a problem 🤔

I think the game just randomly populates these creature spots with male and female beasts, so i guess you just try again untill you find your girthy stallion.

I was able to get a male shortly after Hazel.

I am now looking for shiny versions of all creatures.
I think I only need Shinies of Thestral, Unicorn, and Graphorn.

I have the same problem 15 females already caught

You only need one male and you get that one for the quest to free High Wing. So once you 'free' Hazel you have a breeding pair. Unless you're just catching them to sell them.

The first Unicorn I caught was a shinny Male. It's just luck I guess as it only spawns one Unicorn each time at the nest.

What ? On the quest to free highwing I only got Highwing, no male unicorn. o.o What are you talking about ?

I seem to have had the opposite luck lol. I had 7 males in a row and Hazel herself was my first female unicorn.

No problem, I would have facepalmed myself if I had missed such an obvious male unicorn. xD I'm glad I did not !

I must be lucky, I have male and female griffins and unicorns and a golden unicorn foal, now I want to know if this is another game that breaks the legend concerning firebirds and is there male and female lol

there is a quest you get in hogsmeade where you need to rescue a unicorn. that Unicorn was male atleast for me and you dont give it back after to the person so u can use it for breeding

That unicorn was female for me. T.T
