Report a translation problem
To assign spells to slots, press the respective key to open the spell selection dialog (might be the "T" key, I'm not sure since I redefined my keybindings). Then drag-and-drop spells from the spell list shown to the right into the spell slots shown to the left. You'll always see all 4 spell bars on this screen, but if they aren't active yet (because you haven't yet spent the talent points), they will look greyed out.
To switch between spell bars while fighting or exploring, scroll your mouse wheel.
I use my scroll wheel to swap spell sets, first set is combat: Confringo, Levioso, Descendo, Depulso (Burning rag dolls are so much fun). Second set is sneaky combat: Glacius, Accio, Diffindo, Disillusionment. Third set is puzzle solving, Accio, Levioso, Flipendo, Lumos. Fourth set is for the RoR Nab-Sack,Beast Brush, Conjuring Spell, Evanesco
