Climbing Battlement wall for Natty Quest Glitch,

During the quest with Natty where you are entering the battlement to gain a letter as evidence. I am aware that after using leviosa on a box locked in a room that once in position, you should be able to climb the levitating box to climb a climbable wall but I am unable to do this. I am unable to climb and use Leviosa at the same time and Leviosa will not stay activated unless I hold the spell active so I cannot use the jump function. Only other spells. Is there a way to fix this? I cannot proceed with this quest because of this.

make sure you are using "Leviosa" and not "Windgardium leviosa"

Unfortunately, I had to verify files 3 times to fix the glitch. I was using the correct spell. All good now. :)
