(A Crash Spot) Quest: The Care Taker's Lunar Lamet

In the middle of this quest it keeps crashing the game whenever I go to a specific spot. I can go through the first door, then up to the second floor. But whenever I I'm on the staircase, about to step foot on the third floor, the game crashes and kicks me to my desktop screen. I can do other quest, but this happens every time I revisit the specific quest.

same issue here on the third stair afte the bathroom, couldn't find a fix either
