No, you can't. But nothing in the old Room of Requirement contributed to any challenge, collectible, or achievement. Missing these items should not have any negative effects on your playthrough.

If you mean all the items that disappear when the room changes, I think you get the Moonstone you spent on them back. You should be able to re-craft any of the stuff that disappears when the room changes as well.

The game keeps several autosaves. If you catch it soon enough you can manually load one from an earlier point in your game.

Like Psyringe said, there's nothing in there needed for 100% completion.

I believe what others have been trying to tell you is that there is nothing in that room worth concerning yourself over missing. The loot in chests repeats. There was nothing in that room that you won't be able to get elsewhere in the game world. You lose a little bit of early income from selling...but that's about it.

You will quickly find most of the loot doesn't matter. Early on you care because of money...but eventually even that becomes pointless.

Yeah, I'd agree with this.
There is nothing to "miss" - it affects no Achievements, Collections, etc. It's no different than looting some lower level random loot bag/chest in a random house.

if you decide to resplay at least the early part of the game for the different Houses and related Achievement/Trophy, you can check the place more thoroughly then if you wish.

I wanted to go again because i couldn't figure out how to get everything, not for the reward itself, but for the puzzle

speaking of looting random houses... once, when i was exploring feldcroft for funzies, i stumbled upon the house that i later found out is the house of sebastian and anne sallow... anne was in there (not seb tho, he was at hogwarts like the good little student i'll never be, mwhahahahaha), and she was sitting down, no reaction as i absolutely raided her house lol >:)
i didn't know she was seb's sis 'til later on in the story lol
