Do enemies boss respawn?

i accidentally killed big black spider while doing some quest. and i would like to fight it again. but i can't find it in the same place.

You probably did a quest given by some dude from Aranshire asking you to find his partner's item for his daughter or smth, correct me if I'm wrong

So if you killed the big black spider during that quest, which is an acromantula, its not unique

You can find it in another quest or area

Boss enemies (the ones denoted by a skull icon on the map) do not respawn. However, as the previous poster noted, the enemy that you killed may have been a regular acromantula, not a boss. I would guess that acromantulas can respawn just like other regular enemies in the open world. To trigger respawns, you can try going to a different area (e.g. Hogsmeade), opening your map, and using the "wait" function a few times to advance the time.
