A free FPS boost to those with RTX cards and AMD 6000+, finally 60+ in hogsmead

So those that have an RTX cards and some AMD cards can enable resizable bar which gives a little performance boost, but heres the trick, you need to download nvidia profile inspector and enable it in hogwarts legacy and select the size limit and options. just be sure to save the settings on the right upper corner theres a video that teaches you do to that and it even shows some performance test in some games such as dead space remake

Do you have any idea how long I've been looking for something to fix this stuttering? I would've never thought in a million years that the fix would come from forcing rebar through nvidia inspector. What's the point of turning it on in Bios then?

it was just to be safe, in case it wasnt enabled (it wasnt in game but on the nvidia control panel was enabled)

Is this ReBAR from Nvidia the same thing as Smart Access Memory (SAM) in the AMD side? If so, I've already enabled it. So no more free FPS for me :')

i think its the same thing, but you should use either RadeonPro and RadeonMod to enable it for this game, like i had reBAR enabled on the BIOS but it wasnt enabled for the game, i had to force it, to do this i used nvidia profile inspector, with these two apps i mentioned for AMD you should be able to force the game to run SAM, i would go with radeon mod since it has the approach of nvidia profile inspector to the settings

go into your motherboard bios, search for csm, disable it, then look for pci config, enable 4g decoding and then re size bar support and enable it, and for amd use RadeonMod to force the game to have resizable bar or for AMD SAM here is a video tutorial

Firts is not for all ;-) You must have supported moterboard with lates bios ;-)

Not all moteherboards suport this!

But is true, better pwrformance in Hogward but worst in other games.

my motherboard is a pretty simple one, and i never update the bios, cause im scared lol its a h410m

I gave this a shot but didn't notice any difference in the bit of time I ran around in Hogwarts. It seems that the lighting in the castle is having the biggest hit on FPS for me.
