One eye witch statue field page bug

There is a bug with the One Eyed Witch statue field guide page that prevents one from completing the game 100%. The game prioritizes interacting with the secret passage rather than the page so it's absolutely impossible to collect it after having completing the quest Dissending for Sweet, anyone can help out with this?

Use "Accio" on the field page to collect it.
