Ancient Magic meter bug

There are a total of 5 ancient magic meter after completing all the corresponding challenges for it and every time I start my game the magic meter goes to (2/5) even though before closing the game I had full meter (5/5) and manually saved the game before closing.

I checked this last night. Yup. Full 5 bars reset to 2 upon load. I don't remember if this happened pre-Avada Kedavra patch or not.

I've traited up to get a big boost to collecting Ancient Magic. So, one group encounter and I'm usually back to having 5 bars, ready to Ancient Magic silly slap some boss enemy.

Has been like that even before the 1st patch for me, don't worry about it.

Well... If you have 5 full bars and they go down to 2 after restarting the game, that's actually quite annoying. :/

Yeah but since it is a common issue there is a good chance it will get fixed sooner or later. :D

yeah but the problem is that the game is crashing more often now so it's resetting back to 2 which is frustrating

If you load latest manual save, all bars are restored. (you should save often manually). I do that because game is crashing every 15-30 minutes.

Not sure if this is still a thing or not, but a workaround is to load the game twice. First time, you spawn with 2 bars, 2nd time with the correct amount.

I think it's fixed, last month I loaded up the game and the bar was full.
