Flickering after playing a while

After playing a while (+1h or so) I start to get random black screen flickering that eventually makes the game unplayable.

I reviewed video footage and it seems UI components (spell bar, minimap etc) show just fine but rest of the game goes black when it flickers.

I tried few of the latest nvidia drivers but all ended up with same issue. In-game settings don't seem to affect it. My setup is RTX 4080, 7800x3d, 32gb ddr5.

Anyone else experiencing something similar to this?

Yup! Also having this exact issue, and haven't been able to track down what causes it. I've tried many things - even rolling back drivers, to no avail. Playing on a RTX 4070 TI. It's very difficult to get good Google search results on this issue, because there was another bug (completely unrelated) a while back that had to do with black flicker and G-Sync, so that taints the search results, unfortunately.

The flicker seems to come after about 30 min to 1hr of gameplay, and goes away when you restart the game, only to come back again after a while, irrespective of where you are. UI and in-game menus, as well as normal Windows desktop, is unaffected. It's very distracting, and also a schlep to restart your game over and over during a play session.

Take a brake, go outside, do something else. Better for your eye's

A realize its been a year but the exact same thing is happening to me on a 4070. Anyone ever found out a solution?

I have the same exact issue here. I'll play for awhile and then all the sudden the game starts flickering. The issue goes away when I restart but returns eventually during my playtime. I have zero issues with any other games that I play. This really needs to be reported to the devs again.
