No.
You can even complete them after you went for the last MQ to Professor Weasly.

BUT, there are some bugs in various side quests.
So if you visit the location where the quest takes place very early, you may destroy it.

For example you need to rescue a Mooncalf called Biscuit, but if you unlock the cage early you cannot complete the quest.

I skipped dialogue too quickly, and Natty's last 2 quests never appeared.
This is the most likely scenario, because on another character I did the exact same choices and it worked just fine.

There is this video on youtube where you can edit your save, so you still can get the quest done.
I have done so myself, and can comfirm it works:

That's good to know.

My first char is missing the bugged field guide page in Hogwarts, so I didn't even bother to finalize anything else.

My current Slytherin girl is at their best way to 100%. :D

There are also House-related quests (Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Gryffindor).
However, these do only apply for your current playthrough and should not hinder you to get all the quests in one playthrough.

Those are needed for the last 3 secret Achievements. One for every House.

Still have now one Sidequest open, which I'm currently searching for.
