How do you get to the southern most region of the map?

Not Poidsear coast, I know about going through the mining tunnel, I'm talking about the area lower than that it seems to be sheiled so you can't fly there I'm guessing there's another tunnel or something? Thanks.

I've been all over the map, what's the exact name of this area?. It's probably a secret place.

Put a marker on the map and follow the trail.
I should warn you that if it's the area I think you mean, you might want to continue the quests a bit more. If you go to that Southern-most spot too early, you'll find it almost completely empty until after a late game main quest.
You could still unlock the floo point, though.

The southernmost portion of the map is gated through a quest. If you don't have the quest, the doorway into the tunnel will not open for love nor money. That part of the map has a full height barrier that prevents you from flying into or out of the area on any kind of flying mount, so you MUST do you initial access on foot. Once you get the first floo powder portal point on the other side, you can thereafter port into the area any time.

I think a screenshot of the map area you're trying to get to would help.

I had no issue broom-zooming all over the southern area when I reached it after going through the mountain on foot etc, so I have no clue what you could be referring to - but I also was at least half-way point or farther in the main questline, if that changes anything, no idea.
