Whats your monitor resolution? You might have prematurely went to 1440p or 4K. Very few systems can run that now.
At any rate, since you don't say what game settings you're trying you're just going to have to fiddle with settings. For example, maybe you should try a lot more Medium and Low settings vs. High, etc. Turn DLSS on Performance or lower, stuff like that. You can also search the forum for the various Engine.ini tweaks that might help with severe frame pacing stutter and/or lower end/low v-ram gpu's.
RTX 3050 is low end
If you can't be bothered to use proper hardware this is what you get. A 3050 is very very low end bordering on why does it even exist. If someone needs simply video output then they would get something even more low end, and if they want to game .... then they'd want something stronger. It's pretty silly.
Sometimes the game will also crash. I tryed all the workarounds from the community like limiting the shader cache to 10 GB in the nvida settings or the ascendio hotfix. Its much better now but in some cases the game will crash or stutter or lag pretty hard. It has nothing to do with weak hardware. Its just not a good pc port.
Or is 780 Ti still high end? Come on.
