How is a Unicorn, yes a Unicorn the same amount as a Puffskein???
I have some issues with the game, but the biggest issue I have is that a Puffskein nest can earn you 10 times the amount of Gold than 1 Unicorn can. A single Unicorn one of the most rarest beasts of all time is a mere 120 gold the same amount of a Puffskein... Why?

because we arent poacher selling it on black market... we are selling it to a pet shop to be re home.

personally, i dont think there should even be an option to sell them, should have just donated them to the beast shop for adoption..

a better question would be why is there nothing even worth buying ?
why is there 6000 caves with one chest in them with a green hat or blue cape?
why is gear useless outside the generic number increases?

Because creatures aren't that rare when you can just use magical breeding to make an infinite amount.

I feel like your only options should be to keep them or release them to teh wild, not sell them

Then you'd have some players complaining that rescuing animals was "pointless" because you didn't get anything for it. They'd probably be the same people complaining about lack of "immersion" and "role-playing options".

Oh my god, yeah that bothered me when I started playing. These ancient vaults hasn't been opened by anyone in years! but here you are a School cloak in common form!

Well, yeah if you can find them first and tbh you will find Graphorns late in the game, Phoenix's etc also so I'm just saying there should be a bit of a money increase when you have rare animals. Like Unicorns they only spawn in ones and how is it that the ANIMAL is worth 120 gold and then 3 strains of hair is like 700 gold. The economy is failing even in Hogwarts!

Capturing animals or even breeding them would be pointless yeah. I'm not going to wait 20 minutes for an animal that is worth just as much as a puffskein when I can capture 20 puffskeins from just 2-3 nests.

You're not supposed to be breeding them for profit in the first place, though.

You would rather the animals be released back into the wild to be in danger from poachers again? Interesting take.

nah, see with the number of poachers we are murdering, we are both boosting the animal numbers and mass-killing their dangerous threat

but is selling them to that lady any better? We have no guarantee she's actually finding them good homes. For all we know they're being sold off to someone who's just going to butcher or abuse them

but i just don't breed the animals. I stick the ones I like in the vivariums and just let them do their thing. I don't need to force-breed them for profit, and the game is so easy even on Hard mode that there's no reason to upgrade armor, so i don't need the animal parts either

You're not selling them, you're being paid a rescue fee. There's a difference.

And for all you know, some of the poachers were actually infiltrating the organization to rescue animals. Just take things at face value, this game's morality, like the book series', is not that deep.

Well, how else am I going to pay for all the brooms from vendors and not even that alone, ingredients from animals you cannot capture or find earlier in the game. That kind of stuff. It just doesn't make sense how he little 3 hairs cost 7 times the amount than the actual creature.

I like making a nice profit of stuff. I like having that cool item for sale or something else. I'm more talking about how it doesn't make sense rescuing an animal like a unicorn and your only fee is 120 gold... It's a FREAKING unicorn! Especially because a Unicorn hair 700 gold.
