Cannot progress In The Shadow Of The Study (Crucio Quest)

When I was exploring Hogwarts in the beginning of the game I saw (with revelio) something broken behind walls and i fixed it with Reparo. Didn't think twice about it as I couldn't go there - I just tought it was part of Slytherin Room. Now I am doing the Crucio quest and Sebastian wants me to repair some wall painting.... but it is already repaired. Reparo doesn't work anymore, no one wants to talk to me. Is my game blocked? Can I do anything to proceed with questline?

Same problem here. Just use Confringo in the lady & snake and then fix the mess with Reparo.

Confringo didn't work for me, but going to settings then reloading last save loaded the rubble to be repaired (the rubble didn't load when I first entered the basement).
