What then would be the point of high and ultra settings if high end computers aren't needed for them?
Sure, there are specific things you can turn off to bump up other things to get the game to look great, but the point I'm making is, a PS5 is NOT running the game on ultra.

recommended specs for high settings 1080p is a RX 5700 XT
surely it's not unreasonable to assume a RX 6700 XT can do high on 1440p?
