achievement bug

I have collected all collectibles in the game but i still didnt get the achievement for it and also i have reached level 40 and spent all of the talent points but the achievement savvy spender is still locked for me, what should i do?

about the savy spender i also have that problem - reached lvl 40 invested all points but achievements still locked
but i also had the problem with the last quest that did not appear by himself - but as i was talking to the npc that was triggered
i do not think there is a workaround for this one ? :(
