WB account

I could swear I already had an WB account for the Bartman Arkham and Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor/War games. But I couldn't find the account and had to create a new one.
Did they delete the old accounts?

They're your accounts, how would we know? Maybe try contacting WB Games support or look through your emails to see if you can find your old accounts info. Load up the old games if you have them and see what account is linked.

I noticed that too. Turns out what I had registered in the past was a WBPlay account which for whatever reason is a different thing and never got converted to a WB Games account.
The WBPlay website defaults to the password reset form for me so I'm not even sure if they didn't sunset the whole thing at some point.

That's it, I've just checked. I didn't realise they were separate. Hogwarts Legacy is WB Games. Batman Arkham is WBPlay. Strange, but all is fine then.
