"The Lost Child" quest Natsai O. bugs out on the hill

We made it to the Flame with the Y in the road and Natsai started running in the wrong direction. She ended up getting caught up in a loop running down the hill side and moon walking back up in a Max headroom kind of way.
I ran away and restarted the quest right back at the flame and so far I am hoping it doesn't but out....

That quest is buggy. She got stuck in a large animal skeleton for me while we were following the kid's trail. She tried to run out of it for a couple of minutes then just gave up and stood there. I saved and quit. When I reloaded thankfully she was free.

Just retrace your steps until she stops running, worked for me.
