Just Sharing a Trick I Found

You can dodge/roll as you approach a crawlspace to skip the animation entirely; even better if you have the upgraded dodge talent - can't remember the name - from the 'Core' category.

Not sure about longer crawlspaces, but it definitely helps with shorter ones.

You're not the first and probably won't be the last, but it is immensely helpful, I too found it out eventually testing around with the game when I was playing the game, just an additive personal issue, sometimes my character wants to duck way before I reach the crawling area, then I haphazardly try to go back but that's of course slower

I never got the upgraded dodge mechanic, and obviously avoided it due to not being able to get all talents anyways in the end

yeah i found this out when i was just running around spamming the dodge ability pretty handy at times i guess.

i think the skill is call "swift" or something similar... it's basically turn your dodge into a zoom when you hold the dodge button, really useful to cross between ledges and go past tights spaces... but i mostly use it to zoom around battle to collect ancient magic orbs

If you jump as much as possible it makes you run faster

even if it doesnt. this works in every game.

was the first thing i tried after seeing how slow the crouching through these crawl spaces are.

its been something you can do in games for about 10 or so years maybe longer now..

If you ever played any kind of movement game that has rolling in it.
You'll try that, especially when you have a talent that makes you smaller while transporting you further.
