Your GPU is a DX11 GPU with 2GB VRAM. IMPOSSIBLE to play Hogwarts Legacy!
Additional your CPU is way to eak to handle Hogwarts Legacy.
Btw op, realistically you need a whole new system. That cpu is old and weak also.
Not trying to be rude but..
FX 8120 is crap by today's standards and wasn't very good when it came out about a decade ago. I doubt it can really handle this game. I doubt it will run any modern game decently (at what most people consider acceptable frame-rates)
Your GPU even if the best card from the HD 6900 series is terrible by today's standards, and doesn't even come close to meeting the minimum requirements for the game. Most integrated gpus now can do about the same performance or better.
Your ram must be DDR3? So while it can work will be extremely slow.
I think it's time to start getting components when you can set them aside until you have enough to build a whole new PC.
There really is no upgrade path for that system. Your CPU even when running an OC to run at clock speeds that are average today will perform much worse due to IPC it has compared to modern cpus. If I remember correctly it also only supports PCIE gen 2... which means any modern GPU will be severely gimped and will likely just be bottlenecked by your cpu to the point it doesn't even make much sense to buy a new gpu.
You could probably pick up a decent used whole system off facebook market place, ebay or whatever that would be 2x or more powerful than your system for under $500.
