Report a translation problem
There are a few old games that dedicated uninstallers which ask you if you want to keep or remove your savegames. I haven't seen this in a long time, though, and even if you run into a game like this, you can just tell the uninstaller to keep the savegames.
And then there are even older games (like, DOS games from more than 25 years ago) that may store their savegames together with the game's installed files. These might indeed be removed depending on the method of uninstallation. But you'd recognize when you'd play a game that is at least 25 years old, right? ;)
