Doors won't open

I have to go out of Howgarts and I'm in the polyjuice mission so I can't use flu flames or magic and I'm lock inside the building I can go anywhere I want inside but the mission is outside and I can't go because THE DOORS WON'T OPEN and I try with all the doors and reloading the mission and nothing
