Dueling feats bug

So i finished sebastians quest and after that I noticed that sometimes when i'm caught by an enemy flying on my broom the dueling feats will appear however they don't ever disappear. First time this happened I had to float a dugbog by its tounge however decided I didn't wanna stop and fight, the dueling feats didn't go away, the battle music kept playing on a loop and even having found another dugbog and completed the feat it still stays their plastered on my screen. Only fix I have so far is game restarting. This stops me from fast traveling throughout the world and doesn't even leave after cutscenes. Anyon have any idea?
