First time crashed after installing 4x8gb ram
Before this, I only use 2x8gb (16gb ram) to play and I never crash even once. The moment I installed the additional ram to 32gb ram. I check the ram usage from 15gb normally, now it spikes to 20gb and then crashed.

Could very well be a bug that is unrelated to the RAM upgrade - after the last patch, my game started crashing as well, when it didn't for 100+ hours of playtime before.

That said, have you run a stress test after adding 2 more RAM sticks? RAM upgrades from 2 to 4 sticks can be tricky depending on sub-timings and mainboard compatibility, and can lead to reduced system stability. There shouldn't be a problem if you can be sure that the new RAM works in exactly the same way as the old, but if you can't be sure about that, then it's often safer to remove the old RAM and upgrade to 2x16 GB.

I use the same brand and specs.

For some reason, when I checked the manufacturer, it was SK Hynix and the other is Micron Technology. Even the ram brightness isn't similar although they're the same brand.

Yeah, manufacturers may use chips from different sources for different production runs of the same brand, it's all a bit messy. But if you did check the specs, then it's less likely that this is the problem.

I think it's probably just the latest patch to the game that makes it crash more often. If you don't suddenly start to crash in other memory-hungry applications as well, then I wouldn't be worried about the RAM. Though you could run a memory stress test just to be sure.

Is XMP On ?
Have you checked Latency of all RAMS ?
Have you inserted correctly ? I mean , Is your System in Quad Channel or Dual Channel ?
or Are you using any mods ?

Too many unknowns. Please post your system specs, Motherboard, CPU, RAM etc.

I'm new with PC gaming. So I checked all the things you've listed. Feel free to correct me.

Before this, I didn't turn on XMP. The ram speed was 2400mhz. I turned on XMP and the speed 3200mhz. I can safely say, the frame drops while roaming around hogsmeade and hogwarts reduce significantly. Without XMP on, I was drop to 40-55fps at Hogsmeade. No more crashes after reaching 20gb ram usage. Thanks for telling me about XMP.

1. XMP is on.
2. I'm not sure which info you need about latency rams. But I found this: https://imgur.com/a/mBAuz1i
3. Yes, I insert it correctly and the system acknowledge 32GB rams installed.
4. MSI Pro B660M is a dual channel memory.
5. No mods.

Specs:
i5-12400f
RTX 3060 Ti
4x8gb Ram (32gb)
1TB SSD Kingston NV2 (3,300mb write speed)

Awesome..! Your crashes are fixed. You provided every info accurately. I would say you really know what you are doing.

Your CPU Supports upto 3200Mhz DDR4 Dual Channel Memory and your Motherboard supports Dual Channel.

About Latency, I checked and all are timed correctly in SYNC ( Check CAS Latency ).

If your crashes are fixed, Do enable Resizable Bar from BIOS and then from NVIDIA Inspector if you haven't till now. It also provides a FPS Boost of around 5% to 10%.

Also, Do install mods if you want to enhance your experience. They are many mods such as Better NPC AI , Better Broom Control using Mouse, Mouse Gesture Spells !. Do check'em.

Question --> Did you notice any difference after upgrading from 16GB. I mean like Textures loading properly, Better 0.1% Lows, stutters fix etc. .

The stutters still exists, there are still loading time on doors. I think that's how it is for this game. Nonetheless I'm very happy with the game and already reached 100% completion.

I suggest to run MemTest64. Top left corner, select Maximum, Run indefinitely, Begin Test.
Let it run for at least 30min. If there are no errors you should be fine.
Although, having 2 kits which are not sold as a matched kit could be problematic.
